Eric made sure I understood all that was done to the Dollars and made sure that I was comfortable with the bill. Eric is, in other words, jewel in the Toyota crown!!! RecommendedThe service rep Christian was smart, efficient, and very focused on keeping the customer happy. An unexpected bonus was meeting and chatting with Jackie, the runners' manager (I think). she made the wait to get my truck back totally pleasureable with her wit, conversational skills, and sense of humor. Both Jackie and Christian demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism, coupled with a sense of humor - extremely rare! oh, and yeah, the truck was serviced just fine 😉!
