My experience in World Toyota was horrible. I can’t believe it took them 3 HOURS just to change ONE Tire. Another annoying fact is that the advisor didn’t tell us how long approximately we need to wait. He said maybe 45 mins would be enough. So we just stayed there for 3 hour had nothing to do. That was ridiculous. I will never can back again. The worest service firm that I have ever seen. Sucks!!!
