She greeted me with a smile and a professional initial assessment, then helped me get comfortable while I waited (which included the trailer for donuts, the sales room for a comfy coffee lounge, and her office for some updates) I was there 6 hours (they finished 90 min before schedule), so she even offered to pay for an uber for lunch.
