All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Starting with Glen "JR" who described the various options and helped locate the right car, to Frankie who guided us expertly through the finances, and the enthusiastic Daniella who patiently explained to us all the features of our new car. Overall, it was a real pleasure buying our 2017 Outback at World Subaru.

Girsh Berman is awesome!! He helped me buy my first car (Subaru Crosstrek). He was very helping and the transition to buy the car went very smoothy Very thankful for having such a great car salesman. This dealership and its employees made the sometimes daunting task of purchasing/leasing or simply obtaining information about a car become a streamlined friendly encounter. I never felt as though I was being misled or was misinformed. I've had 12 years of Honda Pilot's and was looking for a smaller SUV lease. They were all very nice to deal with. Especially Daniella. You are still buying a car so there is always some stress but not a lot. Was in and out in a couple of hours. Would recommend them to friends.

Great used Subarus on lot. Got a fantastic deal, no thanks to Grolsch. Thank God for John Burtnick. DANIELLA couldn't have been a sweeter send off, by showing off all the features and explaining how to get the most out of my vehicle. Showroom has its class acts, but for the most part it was like being in a Frathouse. I would definitely buy from them again, but would certainly navigate the waters differently.
This is my third Subaru Outback purchased from World Subaru in Shrewsbury. Sam Spencer is a great salesman and is always honest and fair. I recommend working with Sam to my friends and family, and anyone in need of an honest approach to car buying. Daniella Brisindi, my delivery specialist, was great! She went over all of my new options in detail, and even showed me a few options i didn't know i had! Overall, another great experience at World Subaru!
