Grish Berman and his team Shane Henderson, Daniella Brisindi and Joao Huerta.. Made buying my new Forester XT an amazing experience. This is my second Subi and 2nd time buying from Grish, ..you dont go back to the same guy if your first time was bad.. He's great. We came in hoping to purchase a WRX in a specific color and from the very moment that we entered the dealer, we were greeted by Josh. I had my old car (which was a 2001 Nissan) for 10 years (age 17-27) up until yesterday! I thought my fiance and I would just go to check things out, but as we walked up to the building we met John Burtnick, a salesman who made everything easy. World Subaru let us go alone to test drive a white 2017 Subaru Impreza. It had everything I wanted. John was great to work with - even giving us some pizza while we were waiting at his desk because it passed lunch time! This terrific team keeps me coming back again and again! I have been working with Girsh Berman for several years and he continues to make sure I am completely happy with my new vehicle, always giving me the best deal possible. Frankie Lopes made the lengthy paperwork process a breeze and Nicole Sciamarelli ensured that I knew how all of the interior controls worked and even connected my phone to bluetooth before driving off in my new Subaru! John B was awesome! The sales process from beginning to end was so easy. John was fantastic! Then When it was time to take my car home Nicole Sciamarchi showed me all the gadgets and options and was so thorough!
