I've always had great experiences with World Suburu - I'm now on my second Suburu through them. Rich R and Nicole were easy to deal with and did a great job setting me up quickly with a good deal.

Watch out for bait and switch pricing. Was quoted one price then went into finance and given another price. Rich was absolutely the rudest salesperson with no people skills whatsoever. Rich chose to yell at me rather than calmly explain the misunderstanding, resulting in a lost sale. No manager ever attempted to step in or assist with the sale. What kind of dealership is this?!?!?

My sales folks Tim and Nicole were nice enough and overall a nice experience with the exception that they offered me an extremely low offer of $7,000 for my trade in...(2011 Outback with 104k miles, decent tires and NEW battery & professionally serviced). Maybe because I'm an Engineer I would expect them to actually look at my trade in and make me a fair offer based on its value and condition, not offer my a super lowball number so we can start the negotiating off low. We just picked up our 2017 Subaru Crosstrek this week. Our salesman was Girsh Berman and he couldn't do enough for us, from listening to what we wanted to spending the time to show us how everything worked. From ordering what we wanted to finally driving off the lot we were ably assisted. The finance manager was also great to deal with as he never pressured us into anything we didn't want to purchase. Josh was my salesman. He was very honest with the sale of our vehicle. This is my first Subaru. I decided not to get another Honda after the salesman tried to deceive us into a new car. We made the best decision.
