5 stars ... really great! I walked into World Subaru late on Tuesday night to test drive a brand new Legacy. My salesperson was Rich. He was pleasant and accommodating to my needs and really took the time to break down details for me that I needed help understanding. I went into World Subaru with a specific vehicle and price in mind. There was no bait and switch tactics, no all day negotiations, just fast and excellent service. From test driving to finalizing the paperwork took only a few hours. Michael Marquand was a pleasure to deal with and made the experience painless. Girsh was very nice and friendly. He also helped me made the (right) practical decision on the car selection. The bottom line is I've got a better deal here than the CostCo Auto program. In addition, they were able to locate a car of the trim and the color I wanted from out of state...I've got a perfect Forester!
