I purchased my first vehicle with Tim about a month ago. He was knowledgeable and made the seemingly overwhelming process anything but! It was an easy, pleasurable experience and I recommend World Subaru to all who are looking to drive some of the safest cars on the road!

This was my first ever car-buying experience at a dealership as I'd always purchased used cars through my local mechanic so I was very apprehensive, but the entire experience at World Subaru was a positive one. Get a rattle or a vibration in your once new car and you are cursed for the duration. Every time I go in for service I complain about the vibration noise that occurs beginning at 1100 rpms and when I am putting on the gas. After 2 years and who knows how many attempts to get Subaru to find and fix the vibration/rattle - it is still there! But the service people are nice. Oh well. No more Subarus for me.

Even though we had come in an hour to closing, all sales associates were welcoming and helpful with our questions of our purchase. Even well after closing each individual we met with spoke to us calmly and answered each question to the best of their abilities. Their sales prices were even a few grand below general market value which helped us walk out the door with our certified used XV Crosstrek even faster.

My husband and I recently bought a Subaru Forester from World Subaru. Shane Henderson, Tim Stuart and Tara Mullins are the best! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Shane and Tim assisted with the sale and were awesome and Tara went over all of the features - she was extremely knowledgeable. It was a great experience to work with a wonderful crew!

This was my first Subaru purchase and they made it a really wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted at the price range I wanted. My salesman was Rich and he was great, so was the sales manager, and Nicole was super helpful with understanding everything my car can do. I would recommend everyone to go there for their next car. I've had five Subarus over the last 30 or so years and this is my fourth from this dealership. My salesperson Girsh Berman could not be any more professional, pleasant thorough, and helpful. He is totally knowledgeable and works with his clients to make they're buying or leasing experiences stress free. Michael in the financial part of the business is great and explains everything thoroughly in a friendly pleasant way. I've bought 2 cars from them and I "thought" i was treated well. Until I bought a 3rd one from a different dealer who was fantastic and we got way better incentives and service. So, I would shop around, even the same brand dealers.

Great job by everyone at World Subaru. Walked in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and randomly met Josh Cavalieri. He wasted no time showing me what I might like and never tried to over sell me. I was in and out in no time and just before I left Tara Mullins gave me a last minute tech lesson. Great experience from price to service.
