The worst service ever. So rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO!! So disrespectful and mean. Not to mention a total rip-off. "We think the world of our customers" ���� yeah right! I've never been more disrespected in my entire life!
From the moment I met Rich Riccitelli, I knew I was in good hands. The entirety of the deal was done over the phone which is nice since you don't have to make time going into the dealer. He was extremely professional and courteous. He listened to every one of my wishes and was upfront and direct with entire process. He always kept me in the loop and not once did I wait longer then when he said he'd call. Time to pick up the car and I was in and out.
