Second Subaru bought from World Subaru, love my new 2017 Subaru Legacy (second legacy). Huge thank you to Dennis and Nicole for going out of their way to find the best solution for my high mileage commuting, a lease was the best option financially for me. Huge upgrade from my past 2011, happy to be sitting in traffic comfortably. My only thought was that my 2011 Legacy with only 71,000 miles would be worth a little more on the trade in as an encouragement to get something newer.

I had determined I was going to purchase a Subaru ~ probably a CrossTrek as I was downsizing from a larger SUV. I met with Timothy Stewart who was recommended by close friends. A great place to evaluate and buy a Subaru. I went there to evaluate a BRZ vs. other sport cars and salesman Josh was very helpful. He did not pressurize me into making any decision. He told when I'm ready to come back and we could make a deal. After evaluating other cars, I went back and bought the car. When I picked-up the car, Tara Mullins was very helpful in explaining all the controls. She even helped me get back a refund for an option that I did not want after purchasing the car.

Great experience here! Was looking for my first Subaru, but had a bad experience with a different Subaru dealership trying to jack up the price above the advertised price. Called World Subaru before coming. Told them of my experience at the other dealership. World Subaru's prices were better, and they didn't have any "cute" charges. The best car leasing experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked into the dealership, Tim Stewart treated us with respect. He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Great experience. My salesman was Glen "JR" Miller. Got the best price (after contacting six dealers) from Glen and World Subaru. Glen and finance mgr. Mike Warnock made the whole sales process a snap. Nicole Sciamarelli demoed the vehicle. This dealership was not close to where we live, but I would buy here again. World Subaru gave us the best price, and dealing with Mike, Nicole, and most of all, Glen, was a pleasant experience. No hassles, no gimmicks. Very professional, courteous and efficient all around.
