Spent over 4 hours with these people and they totally misrepresented everything they said, when it came to signing the numbers were all different than what they came,across as saying Then they had excuses for everything they said. I walked out went up to freehold Subaru where they gave me what they said they would If you need a Subaru don't go here!!

This is my second Subaru that I'm purchasing from World Subaru in Tinton Falls and from time I was greeting in the parking lot by the lot person Nick Kosinski to Shane Henderson (Sales Mgr.), Glenn Miller (Sales) John (Finance person) and Nicole Sciamaelli (Delivery Specialist) I felt to like I was part of the family. Found the whole staff very helpful. They were interested in a relationship instead of a quick sale. My sales person, John was terrific and I would highly recommend him. Was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Went in with my fussy 9 month old daughter and both Josh and Nicole were super patient with us. I'm from Staten Island and it was worth the trip. Got the car I wanted (2017 Subaru Crosstrek Limited) and was done quickly.

My husband and I decided to lease a 2017 Forester with the help of Safet Salaj. He was very helpful in going over all the options available to us, taking us on several test drives to demonstrate all the features, and discussing the various financing options with us. Before driving off the lot, Nicole Sciamarelli made sure we knew how to use all the features of the vehicle.
