This was the 3rd car we have gotten from Sam. He is so great to work with and doesn't pressure you. He makes the car buying experience enjoyable. Nicole was very nice and helpful in showing me the new features on the new Impreza I got.

The one star is for Nina the service rep who has gone above and beyond in trying to help me. She deserves five stars but the dealership deserves "0". My sales person DENNIS desrves negative stars. He seemed nice enough, presenting himself as a family man, showing us photo's of his daughter, a regular guy. The process was long and tiresome. My husband and I went to World Subaru based on great online reviews and good prices. We weren't expecting to actually buy a car that day, I simply wanted to test drive the Forester and get a feel for the prices. They had the car which we wanted on the lot which had even more features than we were looking for and they worked with us so that we actually drove it home that day!
