I leased my third Subaru today from Rich and couldn't be happier! I went to the dealership with my toddler and everyone was so nice and welcoming to us. I got out efficiently and painlessly ! Rich was super helpful, answered all my questions and was just really comfortable to work with. That is why I keep coming back to work with him year after year. I just bought a 2017 Outback at World Subaru and had a great experience. My salesperson, J.R. Miller knew all the details of the car and answered all my questions. He was efficient, and everything was handled perfectly. And kudos to Daniella Brisindi for instructing me on how to use all the car's features! She was very, very patient with me. The car is great, and World Subaru was the best!

both my sales person Rich R. and Daniella Brisindi delivery specialist were very helpful and patient with me. I'll be stopping back when I get my new mobile phone/pda to have Deniella can set up Bluetooth for me.

Everything was a 5 but I did want to spend less money. No pressure from salespeople after a return visit and love my Subaru.

My lease ended this month and we went over to world Subaru. Nicole Sciamarelli showed us all the bells and whistles on the new vehicle. She was super friendly. One thing to note about world subaru vs. the freehold subaru is that world only gives 2 oil changes.
