The buying experience was easier than our previous new car buying experiences. Ali Mendez was knowledgeable and provided answers to all our questions about the Outback. She made the process of trading in our car and getting new insurance very easy. The sales staff did not put pressure on you to buy right away. A model with the features that I wanted was not in stock and they found and had one delivered from another dealer.

I truly love the customer care that I receive in the Service Department at World Subaru. This google review is for Daniella B. Both when I picked up the car and picked up the license plates and registration, Daniella was a pleasure, extremely friendly, quickly and efficiently showed how to set up car features, answered all questions, and is a great member of the World Subaru team.
I have been looking with desire at the Crosstrek for the past 4 years, but since my 2004 Outback(which I purchased at World) was running fine, I just couldn't justify the purchase. I had a mishap last week at night in the rain, which resulted in blowing two tires at 65mph.The police were amazed I was able to keep control of the car. I responded, "It's a Subaru"! Love my new Subaru Outback- it's the second car we've gotten from salesman Sam Spencer who is great! Special thanks to Daniella Brisindi ( delivery specialist)for her knowledge and patience on instructing us on the inside buttons, gadgets, and systems within. Without her I'd still be sitting in my driveway reading the manual!
