Kelly was so sweet on the phone, and then once I got there Josh was fantastic at helping me purchase my certified pre-owned 2014 BRIGHT ORANGE crosstrek! I have been loving my commutes, and I look forward to seeing the people at World Subaru for oil changes, etc. as they were a pleasure to deal with.
Sold me a Benz, two weeks later had to get brakes changed two rear tires and wipers done. Shouldn't all maintenance issues be taken care of before the car is sold?! I live 45 minutes away, had to come get everything checked then they said they have to order Mercedes parts fine understandable, than the sales advisor Nina says I can't come in on a Saturday because she doesn't work saturdays. After doing extensive research I decided to purchase a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I decided that I would contact multiple dealers online and work out the deal via email. While all of the dealers responded, Mike Marquand from World Subaru, was the most responsive and very upfront with the buying process. It doesn't hurt that they came in with the best price as well.
