What a joke of a surgery, all I want is a appointment to talk to a gp. It should be simple, right? Was advised to go online to book a appointment. After 3 online forms, verification codes was given the wrong option for treatment. Called the surgery and waited to be called back. They are absolutely useless over the phone as well. The person on the phone was just talking to me like she was a robot and repeating the same thing over and over. If this is how they operate, I'm worried about even seeing a gp. I was given a increased dose of venlafaxine 75mg to 150mg and soon after developed severe constipation and heart palpitations, which were extremely distressing and I suffer badly with aniexty anyway. Due to the seriousness of these side effects, NHS 111 doctors sent a urgent review to Woolston lodge (my doctors). Absolutely shocking and very upset, cried to myself, both are deaf peoples, reception is not nice and her face is not smile and nothing to help for us, for my husband Michael’s health, they asked me lots of questions and on and on

You can’t even be seen I used the online system to book an appointment, they asked me to talk to the chemist If I am not poorly I won’t ask for an appointment, they don’t understand that

I have been registered with Woolston Lodge for over six years. For most of that time, the service was acceptable—far from exceptional, but generally adequate.
