Been coming to Woodlands since 2016. Two to three times every year, even during no travel guidance of lockdown when only 2 seabeds were built, but was so disappointed in our stay this time. Hate being a pessimist but standards have dipped massively from cleanliness, the equipment and service. Was looking forward to trying food truck to be notified a few days before it wasn’t available. Had a lovely couple of days in one of the Seabeds. Cabin is immaculate and the amenities are really good. We also added the prosecco/breakfast basket package. I think that a couple of things were maybe missed from our first day breakfast basket as we only got some yoghurt/granola and 2 slices of bread, whereas on the second day we received a croissant and a pain au chocolat as well. In August 2025, our family enjoyed a Segway tour in and around the beautiful golf courses of Woodlands Glencoe. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience — largely thanks to our instructor, Max. Max was incredibly friendly, patient, and full of enthusiasm. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident, even those of us who were new to riding Segways.
