Verified Renter The new management is better than the old they are more personable. However the communication needs work I received my lease renewal call and ask to have it emailed to me was told I would get it EOD I had to call 3 other days to actually get it and after I signed it I got a call a week later asking if I was going to renew. Also maintenance takes about 3 weeks for someone to come. I enjoy my apartment and neighborhood
