Verified Renter So far the complex has been quiet. It appears clean aside from the overflow of trash from both dumpsters. Very simple, no frills complex with affordable units. Not much to complain about.

Verified Renter Overall it’s a good neighborhood. Depending on what you’re looking for you can get. Amenities are what’s listed. Nothing more. Nothing less. I can’t speak to rent because across the board rent is at an all time high. Noise levels are low throughout the neighborhood. I feel overall it’s a safe place. The office employees are just that employees. If you find one that is concerned about your needs and ensuring that all is taken care of be nice. They are hard to come by anywhere.
