Fake reviews The reviews about how great this place is has to be fake. Roaches, mold, cracks in walls, horrible management and maintenance. When you go to look at a place, they’ll show you this beautiful model but when it’s time to move in it will look nothing like the original. Also make sure you do NOT sign a lease before seeing your actual unit. Don’t listen to these fake reviews below.

Verified Renter I enjoy staying at Woodcrest the average community. I have pretty quiet neighbors and nothing really goes on on the side I’m on. Maintenance could do a little better about responding to service request. But good overall

Verified Renter Leasing is very helpful and is always available. Maintenance comes when needed, I needed a new AC and it only took a week to get it fixed, pest control is also very good about coming when you schedule them

Verified Renter I had a good experience. Sterling was my leasing agent. She was super sweet and answered all of my questions. Move in day was fairly easy. The room was renovated and looked great. I moved in easily.
