Verified Renter The new management is better than the old they are more personable. However the communication needs work I received my lease renewal call and ask to have it emailed to me was told I would get it EOD I had to call 3 other days to actually get it and after I signed it I got a call a week later asking if I was going to renew. Also maintenance takes about 3 weeks for someone to come. I enjoy my apartment and neighborhood

Verified Renter Overall this is a quiet neighborhood. The grounds are kept clean. Rent prices have risen in the past few years but the square footage of the apartments are larger than most.

Verified Renter There is always an issue. The wiring is terrible. I cant have my heater and my microwave on at the same time or half my apartment unit cuts off. Ive been here barelya few months and there always something wrong in the unit.
