Verified Renter This is a quiet neighborhood. There is very little noise pollution. The landscaping is upkept. Some units are remodeled but if you want to spend less there are units that do not have upgrades.
Verified Renter The transition was great and Vicky was super nice. I just keep finding some apartment issues but nothing to serious. Love the amenities plus a quiet neighborhood.

Don’t move here! Instant regret I promise! Management and maintenance are horrible. Not to mention they do their best so you never get your deposit back! I lived there from 2022-2024 for 18 months
