Verified Renter I really enjoy staying here , I normally don’t have any problems. The only issue I’ve had recently is my AC not working properly and maintenance being a little slow about finding the problem & fixing it.

Verified Renter I love the community here. It’s nice and quite very pet friendly but the only complaint I have is that maintenance takes forever to finish. Work ordered and that the mailboxes are always broken.

I had a leak in my apartment that was fixed about two weeks after my ceiling caved in, and the smell of mold began to appear. The ceiling was patched up, but the section that was repaired doesn't look like the rest of the ceiling. Over a month later, my ceiling still looks pretty bad. Verified Renter Quite neighborhood. I've been here a few years because the value for the square footage. The grounds are kept clean but the gate is almost always broken.
