i love this place Dee and her team are awesome! I moved in 9 months ago and I love it here! The team is very responsive and the property is clean and close to stores and expressway!

Disappointed to say the least… Living here has been a nightmare, easily the worst 3 months of my life. I could write a book about how uncomfortable my stay was, but unfortunately nobody would read it all if I did such a thing. To start I just want to say this is the last place you would want to rent out. It looked nice when I did the walkthrough and it looks nice outside but when the lights go out and as time goes by you’ll see why it’s uninhabitable. Great Community I love the fact that its a gated community has a gym a park for the kids and a pool as well. Property Manager and staff are amazing its very quiet never had any issues for the three years ive lived there
Great staff The staff is friendly and efficient. They go over and beyond to assist.
Poor Management Deceptive billing practices and not to mention the disrespect and lack of understanding from management. Lived in this community for almost three years and if you have to renew your lease, keep in mind you have to transfer your deposit to a non refundable deposit. The price is not worth the headache and disrespect you will get every-time you need some kind of clarity from management. STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE
