Poor 1st Impression Upon arrival the grounds were well kept. However there was a scene in front of the rental office with a tenants car being towed. When I asked the receptionist in the leasing center what was the parking situation brushed me off. The young lady at the front desk was unruly and lacked professionalism. Then upon viewing the one bedroom, the was a smell of mold. The leasing rep claimed it was paint, then said it was from the counters. I was not pleased in the least.
STAY AWAY! I just moved out of this apartment complex. The only thing they had to offer was the excellent customer service (that was mostly provide by Ms.Kim) but now even that is out of the window. Roach infested and they always claim to send somebody to "spray" but somehow even though I made sure to keep my apartment clean the roaches kept multipying. Outstanding Renovations in this Community!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just moved to this community and I love my new apartment home. The Office team was nice and willing to help me. When I was applying I was informed of the upgrades that BH Mgmt has done only in 2 months of them taking the property over WOW! I was pretty impress! My sister is coming in to apply on Monday to move her son to better school district in Jan. 2016. The rent is reasonable and it's all electric appliances. This is my DREAM COME TRUE!
Horrible Customer Service and MOLD! In October, I reported mold in my bathroom (Note:this is the 3rd occurrence of mold in 1 year) and the company took 2 weeks to remedy the issue, and ONLY after I called back into the office and threatened to call Channel 5. They will also tell you anything to get you to calm down, which is the WORST management tactic because it tremendously reduces the trust level between residents and Property Management. Just horrible.
