Verified Renter Hate it. Nothing is what I expected. Never had roaches this place is full of roaches. The appliances are nice but the wood is very old, baseboards were not properly put down the windows are old and look disgusting. I’m not even gone speak on the ones in the rent office

Beware If you are a new renter or you don't have a lot of money to waste, then don't come here. My daughter came here and paid the 200 and got denied. As with any other complex you would get the admin fee back. Not here. They pretty much told me the application is 40 and the 160 is to process. The houses for rent is only 75. Don't waste your time if you are not sure. They just taking money when it's already hard to eat out here. But taking advantage of a 20 year old, trying to get out here on her own is as low as you can get... read more
