Poor Community/Ready to move !!! For what they charging is not worth the price. They charge a $300 lease fee without telling you upfront! Water and trash is not included. Told me my living room had hard wood flooring, but it don’t. My bathroom sink is too small! Threaten me with an attorney over an error they made about my pet not being on the application, but note I did add him! Definitely will not be renewing my lease not year. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
Noise level is horrendous The noise level is horrendous. Spoke to the management staff on two different occasions about a very noisy neighbor and it fell on deaf ears. The stomping back and forth is constant and it's all day and all hours of the night. Spoke with the neighbor and it was a waste of time. Please be aware and proceed with caution because there is no consideration for others at these apartments.
Horrible Please do not move here this place is horrible! The office staff change almost every month . They can never keep up with anything. The apartments are horrible mold & mildew ,bugs, broken appliances and they will not fix anything they say if you can still use it we are not replacing it . This place is not worth the money and the renovated apartments are worse then the none renovated
Don’t rent from them no concern for residents I lived here for almost three years and had mold three different time and each time was told that it was not mold. Had a professional mold person come to expect apartment for mold and was told that the apartment had black mold in the entire apartment even the places where I reported mold to office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX Do not waste your time with Woodcrest Village. The units in this complex are MOLD AND ROACH INFESTED!!! I had mold in my unit and had to get the news media involved just to correct the issue. The staff is unprofessional and RUDE. I had to wait two months to get a working stove! Consider other options Unfortunately, this review will NOT be good. I moved here in Feb & I'm already ready to turn in my notice to move. Someone was killed in this complex about a week or two ago & just yesterday someone was in the front of the complex holding up traffic to get in due to an argument with a security guard. Poor 1st Impression Upon arrival the grounds were well kept. However there was a scene in front of the rental office with a tenants car being towed. When I asked the receptionist in the leasing center what was the parking situation brushed me off. The young lady at the front desk was unruly and lacked professionalism. Then upon viewing the one bedroom, the was a smell of mold. The leasing rep claimed it was paint, then said it was from the counters. I was not pleased in the least.
