I visited Wongs Jewellers in Liverpool for my 4-year-old’s ear piercing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had accidentally booked for the wrong day, but after a quick call they kindly fit us in without any fuss. Zara, who handled the call and looked after us in store, was incredibly attentive, patient and kind. She put my daughter completely at ease and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Very pleasant staff explained exactly what we wanted and they did it had new wedding ring made from old wedding ring, dads wedding ring and odd bits jewellery said how long would be and was exactly right with time so made up thanks

Zara and the team at Wongs were so… Zara and the team at Wongs were so understanding , helpful and supportive when we went to have our mum & dads wedding bands and few other personal pieces remodelled . Zara gave us the time and guidance we needed at such an emotive time for us. She’s a credit to the company. We met with Mr Wong and his team to see where the magic happens ! X we are delighted with our new rings and would highly recommend

I recently visited Wong's to ask if they could repair a neck chain that is very dear to me, I was met by a young lady by the name of Zara (I hope that's the correct spelling) she looked after me a treat, was very polite and very helpful and reassured me that they could help and help they did, they repaired my chain as good as new. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Wongs as a company has such a great attitude to customer service. Tracey served me initially and put me at ease when I was very nervous buying an engagement ring, she helped me pick the right one and explained everything to me and advised me on the best way to deal with sizings etc. I was then given a workshop tour which was very interesting.
