Great for a day out with young kids. We had a brilliant time!
This is definitely a hidden treasure that we are thrilled to have found. We all had a wonderful day including train ride, den building & one of the best mud kitchen/sand play areas I've ever seen. Even though it was the summer holidays it never felt busy & staff were all helpful & friendly. We loved it so much we are going back next week!
A great place to relax and to let the kids run riot. There's plenty of activities for them to do including a mini train that goes around the grounds. You can purchase the train tickets when you arrive. If you or the kids like bug hunting then this is definitely a place for you. Enjoy.
A really outstanding day out. This was our third visit. So much to see and do. Just a walking around and enjoying the beautiful landscape (and the scent of lavender) would be a good way to spend a few hours. Add in the vast number of child friendly activities, plus the train, and of course a delightful cafe, and it’s a winner. The only thing that spoiled our trip was the absence of the lavender scones. As long as they return, so will we!
