I bought a Ford Focus Estate from WMA Motors at the end of July. The initial service was very good, with friendly and polite staff who prepared the car quickly as I was only in the area for a couple of days. There were a few minor issues I raised before purchase, which they agreed to fix. One was a cracked rear light unit. Mixed feelings with using these guys, initial transaction and buying the car was very easy. Picked me up after the 3 hour train journey to get there, in the car I was looking at which was a nice touch and got to do the test ride on the way to the showroom. I was also offered a drink whilst the car was getting ready for me to take away. Absolutely class service from walking into the show room to driving my new car away 3 days later. Friendly and welcoming staff and owner. No high pressure sales. Everything delivered on the car ready for collection as they said it would be. Even a curtesy follow up call a week later. 10/10 all day long.
Sold me a brilliant motor for a brilliant price. Looked after my families vehicles for 5+ years with low and very affordable prices, especially through the tough times during/post covid. Special mention to Cameron and Wayne for providing clear vehicle transparency and top-class professionalism throughout the years. Won’t find many better dealerships than this, just as the other comments suggest.
