Recommend avoiding this company, they were/are the sole catering partner with Coldeast Mansion which has now gone into administration. Wise are refusing to return half our deposit as they say they have paid Coldeast the money, which we had no say in and were not responsible for. Wise have told us to claim through our wedding insurance, which luckily we have in place. Hopefully they will sort it, if not will lose our money. I would echo the comments that Lou and Rel are nice. I can't describe how wonderful Lou, Rel and their team were for our wedding this summer. They stepped in last minute (2.5 weeks before the wedding) after we got cold feet over the caterer we previously thought we were going to go with. They pulled together everything, including a bespoke menu and tastings and we felt totally at ease from day one. On the day they delivered beyond expectations.
