the staff were lovely on reception . The room i was in was very big and clean beds are cosy. For the price it was ideal for one night. I ll be using it again if we go playhouse for a concert again or a day out there. Breakfast order to cook , im fussy but that was a good lot . dark haired lady was lovely who served our brekkie all smiles and food great. good service x

Lovely lady on reception, parking outside & 5 minutes from the promenade. On the downside the lift was out of order & the room, although spacious was very warm. Also, when I arrived the previous guest's rubbish was still tied up in a bag on the floor. The hotel overall needs a revamp in an ideal world.

A basic 3 star older property, but clean & comfortable. Spacious room, comfortable bed & private car park with direct access to the hotel. Warm welcome on arrival (same lady on check out) we joked she was the only one that worked there. Very hot water in the bathroom.

Went on a short break with my wife. Had a good stay in the hotel and the staff where very friendly, happy and would do anything to help you.The breakfast was really enjoyable and inside the hotel and rooms where very clean and tidy. The room we had was very large and spacious which allowed us to keep wife mobility scooter in the room.However there was a couple issues that could be improved on but didn't really effect our stay. For my wife to access our downstairs room she had to go to a fire exit at back of the building and ... read more
