Stayed here over the weekend for a wedding. Ticked all of our boxes, parking, comfy beds, large spacious room with ensuite. Hairdryer and coffee in the room, cooked breakfast options and extremely close to the beach. Staff were nice and helpful. Would stay again and would recommend.

i booked this hotel but could not make my reservation for medical reasons, i asked for a refund and the receptionist refused to help me as the booking was made through a third party. the third party could not process the refund unless the hotel contacted them through email, or just add a note to the booking to say we would like to cancel, but they refused and had me going back and forth. the lack of help from the hotel was dire, and i would not recommend them to anyone that prioritises good and helpful customer service. sham... read more

They have zero interest in customers, no smiling faces at all, no breakfast because they deceive and do not provide food, the staff is not smiling at all

I was here for around a few days last October 2024. I know I put on here that I went for "vacation," but I went to Whitely Bay for a variety of reasons I.e. serious health problems and PTSD. I've been through a lot and my father passed on in 2023 so I used my small inheritance to take a trip and possibly to Move.
