Rooms are basic but comfortable. Would advise maybe thicker duvets in the winter as it can get quite cold. It is brilliant for the location, the staff are wonderful and the rooms comfortable. I was worried before coming, but was pleasantly surprised. If you want 5 star pay 5 star! Thanks windsor can’t wait to come back

Excellent for the money . Clean and tidy. Good size room . Separate bath and shower with ample rooms . Tea/Coffee tray with biscuits. Comfortable bed. No ventilation and rather hot. Staff pleasant and helpful . No sea views , but only about 400M walk, similarly to town centre .

Grim, don't stay there. Everything is aged, dated, worn out, dirty. From the lobby to the rooms. Had to change rooms as the first room they gave me had dirty linen. 2nd room, both bath towels had multiple hairs on. Carpet worn out and not fitted. Stains on the walls, floors, carpet. Mold around windows and in bathroom. Water stains on the ceiling. The room had a lamp post right outside, curtains were useless, might as well have been day light for all the good they did.
