I’ve given a 3 star as the young gentleman who initially served myself and my family was very polite and his customer service excellent. He was flawless and I’m grateful for his assistance. However, he became busy with another customer and we dealt with a different, older gentleman called Kev (I think) who came across rude, insulting, condescending and belittling. I was welcomed into the showroom where, with the help of the knowledgeable and friendly team I chose the carpet I wanted. Within 2 weeks we had had them fitted by excellent and talented carpet fitters, who were very tidy and left nothing behind - even gently hoovering the new carpet before they left, which looks fabulous. What can I say !! Absolute perfection ( as always ) from first point of contact to completion of work carried out !! I’ve used Windsor carpets for 20 years and not once have I been disappointed. My recent purchase replaced my Karndean that Windsor fitted 10 years ago ( still like new ) however, after replacing my kitchen I decided a change was needed. Recently ordered and had fitted some luxury vinyl tiles from Windsor. Great service all round. From the showroom to the measuring and fitting, very friendly people but also very professional. The finished flooring (en suite bathroom) was excellent and we are very pleased with the result.
Excellent service, advice, extensive selection of carpets, flooring. 3 rooms completed and very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend.
