This is the hall stairs and landing project recently completed with the help of Windsor Carpets Redditch. We had help from the start to finish from Kevin who truly went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Products used…Carpet Brockway Lakeland Herdwick and Malt Plain tape. Karndean Knight Tile herringbone Flooring. The turns at the top of the stairs looked very neat and there needed to be a join on one of the landings that is not visible. Just want to say a massive thank you! We have waited a long time since our huge water leak at Christmas that swamped not only our utility but our awkward shaped kitchen/ dinner to have proper flooring down. Your customer service is second to none, from keeping us informed of delays with the manufacturer to coming out twice to ensure accurate measurements and your fitters did an amazing job. 5 * service from start to finish and we are thrilled with the results. Now to train our pups to wipe their feet!
I was blown away with the choice of carpets available at Windsor. After making my decision I thought we'd have to wait a long time to have a Saturday fitting date but only two weeks later it was all fitted. I like the very open costings, we chose to take up our old carpet to help save some pennies and it didn't take long to do. The fitters arrived on time and we're really polite. Done and dusted in under an hour. I would highly recommend Windsor Carpets and will use them again.
Over the 19yrs I've lived here, I only have carpets fitted by Winsor Carpets. All staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet fitting team are great, always on time and a very high standard of work. Can highly recommend.
