Verified Renter Having lived in homes, condos and Apt we found a true paradise here at Windsor at DelRay Beach! The architecture is exceptional and apt is as lovely as it is functional! Staff is remarkable and they bend over backwards to care for all of us! Our neighbors have become friends! Alex and John in Maintanence are committed to assisting us in every way. Verified Renter When we were searching for apartments in the fall we fell in love with what we saw. Leading up to our move there was communication on both ends which we appreciated. The week prior to our move we signed our papers and made some payments, yet never received a detailed receipt of all the charges and what they were for (I had to ask for this). Verified Renter I feel that the quality of the complex has deteriorated. Trash strewn around, dog owners dont pick up, property needs cleaning and windows are filthy. They have not been cleaned since I moved in 3 years ago. Very disappointed with what happened to our beautiful community.
