The week prior to our move we signed our papers and made some payments, yet never received a detailed receipt of all the charges and what they were for (I had to ask for this). Verified Renter I feel that the quality of the complex has deteriorated. Trash strewn around, dog owners dont pick up, property needs cleaning and windows are filthy. They have not been cleaned since I moved in 3 years ago. Very disappointed with what happened to our beautiful community.
