Verified Renter Wonderful staff
Verified Renter Excellent apartment complex with superior service and facilities. Pet friendly and very well maintained. We looked at several apartment communities in the area and selected Windsor because of this. Very pleased with the apartment, staff and all it has to offer. Close to downtown Delray and the beaches.
Great community to be part of ! I have lived @ the Windsor for more than two years, & I can only strongly recommend anyone considering renting an apartment here ! Facilities [pool, BBQ, gym & dog park] are great, adding a great touch to the community. Windsor employees are very friendly & will try their best to help out or accommodate any reasonable demands. Little details, like daily cookies, the coffee machine or the organized events, add up to the life quality the Windsor offers !

Mold At first, our experience with the Windsor was good. We are a mold-sensitive family so we did an air test to make sure the air quality was good. We also asked the property management if there was any water damage on the property. They said the first floor garages flooded but it was all fixed and not an issue. We assumed our apartment would be fine because it wasn't connected to a garage, so we moved in. After several months my husband and I developed neuropathy. SO BEAUTIFUL Best community I've ever lived in, the amenities are unmatched, the finishes in the units are gorgeous, and the staff rocks. 10 stars for Delray Preserve!!!
It's ok It's nice it's luxurious but I would give the price a one star too be honest
