Verified Renter Windsor at Delray Beach became my home in November, and I have always felt extremely safe in the community, and in my home. When my dog passed away unexpectedly, and I got a new puppy, the staff were amazingly supportive and accommodating, as well as the community. During the corona virus crisis, I have forged good relationships with my neighbors and feel the management handled the epidemic extremely well.

Verified Renter All in all it is a nice place to live. We appreciate all the changes made to make it safe during this new Covid-19 times. WE are quieter people and the social aspects are not very important to us. The pool is pretty, our grandkids have loved it when they have visitied, but not great for real swimming. An ongoing problem is the inadequate garbage capacity. It is not nearly enough given that people do not use the garbage area correctly. There is no explanation of what goes where. Verified Renter When we were searching for apartments in the fall we fell in love with what we saw. Leading up to our move there was communication on both ends which we appreciated. The week prior to our move we signed our papers and made some payments, yet never received a detailed receipt of all the charges and what they were for (I had to ask for this).
