Verified Renter Moved from Boston and found our wonderful home here. The best staff, modern details and excellent amnesties. Gardens are lovely and well groomed, and the community-before COVID has many monthly fun parties! Close to everything... its a real winner!
Verified Renter The staff is super friendly. The maintenance crew is awesome. But, we moved in and there were ants. There was dust everywhere. There was a dead roach in the master bedroom. There's a ton of soap scum in the shower. The water pressure is really bad. The parking lights shine directly into our master bedroom at night. It's a no-smoking community, but people are outside smoking. No one is wearing masks, they just walk around like nothing is wrong. Verified Renter Windsor at Delray Beach became my home in November, and I have always felt extremely safe in the community, and in my home. When my dog passed away unexpectedly, and I got a new puppy, the staff were amazingly supportive and accommodating, as well as the community. During the corona virus crisis, I have forged good relationships with my neighbors and feel the management handled the epidemic extremely well.

Verified Renter All in all it is a nice place to live. We appreciate all the changes made to make it safe during this new Covid-19 times. WE are quieter people and the social aspects are not very important to us. The pool is pretty, our grandkids have loved it when they have visitied, but not great for real swimming. An ongoing problem is the inadequate garbage capacity. It is not nearly enough given that people do not use the garbage area correctly. There is no explanation of what goes where.
