I would very much like to be closer to Atlantic Ave, but I know that I would not have the friendly neighborhood atmosphere we have here, which is why I compromise location for a better all around living experience.
Verified Renter Pros Great community, good location, Love the management. Cons poor construction where u hear a lot of noise mainly dogs barking. Community is to pet friendly.
