I had infection 3 weeks ago since then been in pain. Poorly. It got to the point I was calling and i wasn't listened to. In the end I ended up very unwell and vomiting and a high fever. The infection got in to my blood stream and the bone In the ear. A n e saved my life. All the GP had to do was look at it. And could of easily referred me to the same day emergency department,as GPS can refer you there. Yes I had to wait 4 hours for front door drs ,but was worth it and they kept checking on me. Having moved from Herts recently so impressed with Windmill Surgery - friendly approachable and helpful receptionists and no problems getting appointments - all the GP&staff very professional but also welcoming which is so refreshing - so very lucky to have been registered here
Ive run out of my medication on several occasions. Because of poor customer service. This time round its been over a week. And I literally can't move because I am so dizzy and nauseous. I will be seeking legal advice on this occasion. Because it's just not good enough at all!
Every single time I try to make an appointment online it tells me every single service is unavailable!
They are taking care of our family for 5 years and never let us down. Thank you
