A lovely group of cottages set in the rolling hills of Halifax. Plenty of local wildlife around making this lovely location feel relaxed and set away from the city life. The properties are spacious and have everything you need. Cleanliness is clearly a priority and my group found no faults with the property. The landlady is is sweet and caring, checking we had all we needed and making sure we didn't miss breakfast! Will be looking to return here again for sure

I have always been well looked after here
Have just stayed at woodpecker cottage for our sons wedding. 6 adults 2 kids what a fantastic place windmill cottage is. Gillian and her staff are fantastic, nothing to much trouble. The cottage has everything you could possibly ask for. Spotless clean perfect location will definitely stay here again.
Very enjoyable stay.
