Whilst me and my partner were here she fell and dislocated her elbow, Jan who was a member of staff kindly drove us to the hospital and I just wanted to leave a review to express both our gratitude to what was a very kind gesture from a very helpful and nice person during a tough moment.
During our visit, I had an accident and injured myself, and a member of staff, Jan, went above and beyond to help - drove me and my partner and our dog!! to the hospital in Kendal. Truly an angel and a lifesaver when it was a stressful moment. What an amazing guy, and such a reflection of the wonderful people who work here. Highly recommend this place, not just for the experience, but for the incredible staff who genuinely care about your safety ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much Jan!!
A fantastic playground for kids with wonderful facilities. Concluding the visit with an ice cream is a cherry on the cake.
Outstanding place to visit, 1st time kayaking and I loved it.
Absolutely amazing time here!! Rented paddle boards and was super easy and slick to sort out. Joe on front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Yanos (apologies for possible incorrect spelling) down at the site itself was a STAR. Extremely kind and helpful and was eager to show us how to make the most of the experience and have the best time. Great value for money and you have a lot of freedom throughout. Can’t wait to come back asap
