Upon checking in, we learned that we are on the top floor, which the elevator does not reach. Wouldn’t be a problem if it were just the two of us, but we are a family of 5 on a 3-week trip. We have very large luggage that my husband had to lug up and down a flight of stairs. To say maneuvering the tight hallways and confusing layout was miserable would be an understatement. A Fantastic Stay – Our Second Visit and Just as Wonderful! We have just returned from a 4-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. This was our second time staying here — the first was with our two young children — and once again, we had the best experience. The hotel itself is lovely, and the room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family with a 3-year-old and a 10-month-old. Thank you for a excellent 4 day stay . The rooms were excellent . The staff were very attentive to our needs / requests . A special thank you to David Johns . To say david has not been with the hotel long , he is certainly fitting g in well . And is well liked by the guests . David made our stay . He is a funny guy . We will be staying with the windemere manor hotel again .
