Wonderful experience, huge spacious house, Warm Welcome in a great location!
We stayed at Windbrake House as part of a belated multi-family holiday and had a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The property is gated with space for up to 7 cars (at a squeeze). There is plenty of space to be sociable or to hide yourself away for some quiet time. Perfect rental for a large family get together. Sally has done an exceptional job of decorating and preparing things for guests. Her handbook answered every question and was filled with information about the area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My feather bed and blankets were hard to leave behind! Great weekend retreat.
