Over the past six months, I've been staying at Winckley Stays, and I must say it's one of the best accommodations I've stayed in the UK. The value for money really is unmatched, as well as the customer service. The attention to detail is amazing. Other places give you the bare minimum and try to squeeze your wallet with extra fees for 'cleaning' or a deposit . More than once, I've been upgraded to better rooms at no extra cost. Quote wonderful like every time. Great location Next to a Park and a doughnut/coffee place, a few minutes Walk from the City Center and the station. Beautiful rooms, nice kitchen corner, Walk in shower - when in Preston, we will always Chose Winckley Stays. Thank you!
Stayed here for 9 weeks on secondment for work in different rooms (room reviews below) but just a note overall service and responsiveness of staff has been 5/5 and so has cleanliness. Mayfair (stayed here twice) - personal favourite room. Good space, has really good double wardrobe and has a sofa as well as good size dining table. 5/5 Secret Garden - this is a super cute space, only thing would note are the windows are a bit smaller as on top floor but still 5/5. Stayed here recently. The room was beautiful. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. My only mark against the place was 1 how hot the room was considering it was ground floor and no heating on and secondly how stained the chairs at the table were. Very unexpected from this company as I have stayed with them multiple times and rooms have always been spotless.
