We chose Gordon after watching him and his team add an upper floor to our daughter's bungalow. We were impressed by their approach to the job and by the end result. We had an extension built and numerous renovations around the house undertaken. I'm delighted to add to Gordon's 5 star reviews. What do you want from a builder? Gordon is a delight to have around, his work is impeccable and clean and he is delightful to chat with. He arrived early and punctually each day and project managed the other contractors brilliantly ( Plasterer, plumber, electrician) When problems arose, as they inevitably do, Gordon was always thinking of, and discussing, the resolution options. Gordon and his team were asked to knock through a dining room wall to make a kitchen/diner as well as extend the downstairs toilet and fit a new kitchen and utility room. Gordon and his team came out to see us three times to ensure we were happy with the final plans. Gordon is able to look at plans and proposals with a creative approach and with a view to saving money and making improvements. “Winchester Builders have been truly brilliant both in terms of workmanship, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We had a small extension built, plus other extensive renovation work, which included new bathrooms, kitchen, rewiring and plumbing, plus external landscaping.
