Went for the family fun day and was a brilliant day, lots of activities for children, birds of prey, beer and coffee tents, stallholders, plus tours of the windmills too, def a day to put in the diary!
A superb venue in the midst of Very slow sail repairs. The volunteers are friendly and happy to explain what they have learnt. The venue is great for events, enjoying a murder mystery and hog roast event in a superb setting.
Fantastic working windmill. Free to visit, but please donate via the cashbox when you leave. The area is beautiful, perfect for picnics.
