I was treated like a piece of meat on my service visit. Service Advisors charged me "extra" because I wasn't single. All they want is your $$$$$. Most expensive dealership in the Portland area. How are they in business?
Horrible service Department. They charge customers extra to perform recalls on Toyota trucks. is that even legal? And the recall took extra time to perform and they never call and say your vehicle wont be ready at the time they promised. Steer clear of this service department, CROOKS!

Justin in sales and Kevin in service treated me with amazing customer service and I'm not usually a fan of car dealerships. Every time I go in there is no sales pressure and everyone is kind, friendly and truly helpful. I highly recommend this place!
Great first experience with them on Friday! Bryan was unable to help me when I arrived but did not have me wait at all by sending Keith Wilson my way. He worked well and as fast as he could. He made sure I wasn't leaving there without my new car and with the conditions I asked for, he did an amazing job working with me! I would definitely come back and recommend to others! Thanks again!

At Wilsonville Toyota you are not pressured to buy, it is very laid back, relaxed and friendly place to go. On our recent car purchase we worked with Alex which was one of the best car saleperson I have ever worked with. She was very personable and helpful during the car purchasing process. I would totally buy a car from her again!!
