After an OK experience purchasing our new Rav4, getting called by the salesperson that we worked with this morning to give us a hard time for expressing dis-satisfaction about part of the purchasing process in the Toyota post sales survey is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. It would be one thing to ask for more feedback or about how your business could have done better. In this case it's just obnoxious to try and guilt trip me for being honest on a survey we were practically begged to complete.
I had a great experience while I was at Wilsonville Toyota. Had two great guys helping with all my paper work and they were not pushy at all. I had a great time with both sales clerks and their names are ( Scott Mckowen and Isaac Lodge ). Could have not done it without these two making it so easy. Thanks for everything Scott and Isaac.

Sold new highlander to a friend. Tire blew out sideways at 15000 miles. Sorry we talked to Bridgestone. They say that's normal for tires. 2 hours to install new tire with appointment and then charge him $22 labor fee for a defective tire. Customer service Classic

I got a 2011 Camry last night, Annie was amazing!!!! I have an extremely complicated situation and not only was she able to get me into a reliable "new to me" car, she was able to secure me a really good interest rate for my situation...far better than expecting!!! She was very patient in working with me and finding my best options that I could afford and I was able to drive off the lot with something that I know will be a excellent car for many years to come! Thanks sooooo much!
