I scheduled an appointment to have a tow hitch installed. I made the appointment over the phone and received an email confirmation of the appointment as well as a reminder of said appointment. Hands down the easiest car purchase ever. Our associate, Jason, was great and had a good sense of humor. I love the "No Bull" pricing and found it refreshing that we could all speak frankly without worrying that if I said something wrong, it could cost us extra money in our negotiations. I was promised my truck would be there in three days. The truck took an extra week to get there. I had explained to them that I was carless but they didn't care. Also they never explained to me when my first payment would be do nor did they give me info ragarding who I make payments out to. It wasn't until toyota financial called me to tell me I had missed my first pay, that I knew my payment was due. I'm hesitant to recommend this dealership to others.
I can't say enough on how much I love Wilsonville Toyota and their staff! I have bought my first brand new Camry here in 2008. Put over 180k miles on it before trading it in on a brand new Rav4! I am thankful I didn't wait till next year especially with this snow storm we just got. I have had zero issues in getting around. Best purchase ever!!!
Truly deliver on their "no bull" promise. Went from "all dealerships are evil" to being a lifelong customer and huge fan after getting a Scion. Had the best experience ever at a car dealership yesterday in the service dept. I have dealt with a rattle in the back of my 2013 Rav4 for the past year. After taking it to Broadway Toyota 4 different times, on a last ditch effort to fix this rattle, I took it to Wilsonville Toyota. The service manager took time out of his day to ride with me, since the technicians were busy and within 1 min of being in the car heard the rattle and was able to diagnosis and determine how to fix it.
