My review is on the service dept. We bought a Scion TC about a year ago. The buying of the car is the only reason they are getting 2 stars. We bought the service plan and have been nothing but let down by the service dept. Last time we took our car in they did not tighten the oil plug and it leaked oil all over our exposed aggregate driveway. We bought a 2016 Toyota RAV4 from this place last year. We were completely ripped off on our trade in, but that was our own fault for letting it happen. We purchased the clear bra to be placed on our vehicle. The car already had a portion of the clear bra on it that was damaged. The dealership charged us the full amount for a new bra and left the old damaged portions in place. When we complained they did replace it, but it damaged their credibility with us as customers. Took my truck in today to have the oil changed, while sitting in the waiting area a salesman came over and asks I wanted to sell my truck. This was strange because I wasn't looking vehicles, but told him I'd listen to an offer and was interested in a new tacoma. Went on a test drive, sat down to do the paperwork and was told how much he could get the payment to (still not told what my trade in would be) after asking four or five times he came back with the offer that was 6k less the blue book! Buying my 2017 Toyota Corolla SE was an absolute breeze at Wilsonville Toyota. Their one person one price was exactly what I was looking for as a young first time buyer.
