WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE NO BULL???? I got two different prices on my trade in, the second one was 1500 lower than the first one.
sat there for an hour & a half thinking my truck was being serviced , when I ask if it was almost done , he tells me there just putting it up on the rack , I told them take it down , I'm outta here, very poor service.
Horrible experience! Made an appointment to have recall work done on my RAV for 7:30am expressed the need to be called immediately when the 30 minute repair was completed. Yes I left it off in time in fact the afternoon before. At 12:30 I returned no call yet and my vehicle had not even been started. Got the same guy who checked my car in and his excuse was that he thought he had it for the day! I asked him if he remembered any of our conversation from the previous day and got a blank look.
