My service was very smooth. Everything was explained. My subwoofer was cranked midway when I normally have it at 0. I don't mind though. While I was waiting, one of the sales people was chatting with me even though I wasn't buying. I think that was really nice, really taking the sleaziness out of the dealership experience.
